An independent, privately-owned global alternative asset management company
"CCEI seeks to deliver solid long-term returns by investing in renewable energy assets that generate contractual and stable long-term cash flows."

Core Philosophy
At the core of CCEI’s investment philosophy is the fundamental understanding that our activities must necessarily contribute to developing critical infrastructure and creating sustainable growth in emerging markets. The CCEI platform is built around a multi-faceted strategy focused on generating higher yields for investors by actively seeking and developing strong projects in underserved markets. Our investments derive immense value from the positive impact they have on global communities and stand as a paradigm for of contemporary asset management.
Environment and Sustainability
The global drive to establish a sustainable and environmentally conscious economy is the primary driving force of CCEI’s focus on renewable energy projects. We recognize the need that our partners, investors, and associates have a strong desire and need to positively contribute to overcoming the threat of climate change. Our investments aim to reduce carbon and greenhouse gas emissions and help advance the share of renewable energy sources in the energy mix of emerging markets.
Social Impact
CCEI is committed to incorporate social impact as one of the measures it uses in evaluating investment opportunities. The quintessential CCEI investment will include significant opportunities to generate long-term and sustainable growth in the local economy underpinned by the development of critical energy infrastructure assets. Opportunities to create local jobs, electrifying new communities, and enabling regional industry and business to flourish are among the many elements evaluated in determining the overall social impact of our investments.
Ethical Investing
We strive to ensure that all our investments follow the principles of ethical investing. CCEI strongly believes that it is our responsibility to pursue and facilitate the success of our business within professional and ethical boundaries. As such, we will exclude projects that are determined to disrespect the intrinsic human dignity of all people regardless of race, color, creed, origin, gender, age, and disability. Companies that ultimately cause harm to the beneficiaries of their products and services are also excluded, as are the ones that fail to uphold workplace health and safety, labour relations, and otherwise negatively impact their local communities.
Additionally, CCEI unequivocally rejects any unethical, fraudulent, or unethical behavior by its partners, employees, business partners, board members, representatives, and other associates. We are vigilant with respect to completing extensive due diligence on our pipeline investments to discover fraudulent or corrupt business practices and will refuse to engage with and invest in projects involved in or at risk of participating in such activities.
Carbon Footprint
CCEI’s five-year plan for the development and acquisition of renewable energy assets focuses on the reduction of carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions, which includes quantitative analyses to determine the ultimate carbon impact of our investments. We forecast that our prospective solar and wind investments will, over five years, create an overall reduction of 750,000 tons of CO2-eq. It is with great excitement that CCEI aims to reach and exceed this goal in order to set up a unique platform for further investment in green energy for a global sustainable future.
